This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom lakeside home (which was built in 2002) has a 28' x 12' heatable screened swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed as well as its own TV. It has a very large en-suite bathroom which includes 'his & her' vanities; large walk in shower; circular bath tub; separate W.C. as well as a large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, overlooks the lake and is adjacent to the pool shower room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both twin bedded. These rooms are separated by a bathroom which includes a bath/shower combo, vanity unit & W.C. Bedroom 5 (twin bedded) is at the front of the home. The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a glass topped range; dishwasher; garbage disposal unit; large side by side fridge and freezer which includes an ice and water dispenser; fitted microwave. The family room includes a large screen TV; VCR & DVD player; radio. This is complemented by a large selection of videos, DVDs, CDs and books (fiction & reference). There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the laundry room. The villa is situated close to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and is easily accessible from Tampa Int airport which is only 50 minutes drive away. Downtown Sarasota is just a 20 minute drive.

Low Season (all year except Easter, Christmas & New Year)

High Season (Easter, Christmas & New Year)

2-8 people $1,500 pw(additional people $150 pp)

For pool heating add $130 pw
Cots and/or high chairs available at $40 pw each

In ALL cases 6% sales tax & 5% tourist tax must be added to the above prices
