The electrical heated pool is 15 x 37 feet long and the terrace - protected by a screen - offers space for up to 6 people.

The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 2139 sq feet living space divided into a great room, kitchen, dining room as well as three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus pool bath, office, utility room and double garage.

One DVD player is a Code-free, Region-free player, which will play your personal DVDs from all over the world. The second DVD player is a Sony Blu-Ray player which plays the highest definition Blu-Ray discs. A DVD rental store is just down the street.

The kitchen is equipped as follows :

The attractive dining room with four comfortable wicker chairs and a glass table is situated in an oriel with view to the terrace and the canal.
Furthermore there is a luxury office room with an elegant desk plus chairs. Two phones are also at your disposal for free local calls. A WLAN web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge.
At the master bedroom you will find a king-size bed, two dressers with full lenght mirror plus a TV with DVD player.
Next door is a well-lit bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet and sinks.
The additional bedrooms are nicely furnished and equipped with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed.
These bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a sink, toilet and a shower.
All three bedrooms do have sufficient bed linen. Of course, you will also find enough towels too.
Furthermore there is pool bath with access from inside as well as from outside with toilet and sink.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 hair dryers and an iron in the house too.
The bathrooms have European electrical outlets for your personal appliances.
There iare three large private patio areas at the water’s edge, with a panoramic view, fully equipped with table and chairs under the TIKI hut to enjoy a sun downer.
Sun loungers and a two person hammock exist as well.
The boat dock offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing or the fantastic sunset, of renting a boat, or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore?
Enjoy the decorative landscape and dock lighting at night, including underwater lighting on the dock. The peaceful water views at night are very romantic.
