The air-conditioned villa was finished the end of 2001 in the beautiful neighborhood of a other new Cape Coral villas.

The well looked-after northestern side plot with palms and trees lies at the end of two canals. The really big outdoor space includes a terrace with pool, garden furnitures, sun chairs and a grill.

The pool and diana-spa has an electrical pool heating which you will not need but maybe in the winter months.

In the living room - with view to the pool and the canal - there are a color TV set and a stereo system with CD player and tape deck. A WLAN high speed web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge. A phone and fax is of course also here.

The kitchen is completely equipped: dish washer, oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freeze-combination, pots and dishes as well as anything else that belongs to a good household.

Two bedroom with kingsize bed, one with queensize bed as well as one more bedroom with two single beds each that you can keep separate or move together - just as you want.

All bedrooms are equipped with enough bed linen, the bathrooms have sufficient bath and beach towels. From two of our bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful view to the wide canal.

In the utility room next to the garage you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
