This beautiful holiday villa,refurbished 2007,has 250 sqm living space on a corner plot of about 1.300 sqm, at the lake of the same name - Rose Lake.

The pool and the terrace area are one of the jewels of the "Villa Rose Lake" - without any doubts! A table with six chairs invites you to rest or dwelling away any day or night time.

For a relaxing sun bath use one of the four deck chairs. Terrace and pool area are completely covered by a protecting screen.

Here you can have also a barbecue with our gas grill.

Dive in and enjoy the really big solar-heated pool!

A very special highlight is, however, to sit in our illuminated jacuzzi, maybe with a glass of champagne and dream whilst the sun sets behind Lake

The house itself with ist interesting architecture has a big living room with a big screen cable TV and VCR.

Sitting on the comfortable couch, consisting of a two- and a three-piece sofa, and thanks to the huge sliding doors you have a most wonderful view towards the lake and the pool area which you can illuminated at night.

Further the villa has a second living-/read room with adjacent dining-room, one completely furnished kitchen with breakfast corner, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The luxury kitchen is open towards living and breakfast area. Center piece of this kitchen is the counter with two stools - an ideal place for a quick snack or a drink.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dish washer, stove, oven, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster and much more. Of course, there are enough dishes, glasses and cutlery.

Here you find also the telephone and fax machine.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside tables and a chest of drawers with mirror as well as a big following wardrobe.

The master bathroom invites you with a corner bath tube, a real big shower, double sinks and a toilet, separated by a door.

In the second and third bedroom you will find a queensize bed, a chest with drawers, bedside tables and also a big wardrobe. Already enjoy from two bedrooms, which have a direct access to the terrace, the view to the lake when waking up in the morning!

Don't waste your luggage with bed linens and towels - we have plenty of both for your disposal!

In our utility room, we have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as an iron plus ironing board.

In the garden grow tropical plants - you just enjoy it, the rest is done by a garden service or the watering system.

Many sun and shade places in this wonderful landscaped garden invite you to relax. Going through the garden you will reach the boat landing stage. And that is all you need to rent a boat if you want
