3-4 guests $ 950.00/week + 11% Tax
5-6 guests $1,050.00/week + 11% Tax
7-8 guests $1,150.00/week + 11% Tax

High Season Nov 16 - Apr 30:
1-2 guests $ 990.00/week + 11% Tax
3-4 guests $1,140.00/week + 11% Tax
5-6 guests $1,290.00/week + 11% Tax
7-8 guests $1,440.00/week + 11% Tax

No charge for kids under the age of 10 years
all prices plus 11% Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
Cleaning Fee: US $160 Security deposit: US $500

Minimum stay: 7 days Christmas and Easter min. stay 7 days plus 15%

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
