The beautiful site already of the 1000 sqm plot underlines the high recreation value for the guests of this house.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and well looked-after garden. All plants - most are subtropical plants, palm trees, blooming bushes and the carpet-like Florida grass - are automatically watered.

In the middle of the 140 spm big terrace which is covered by a screen alongside the total width of the house we have an electrically heated pool.

Here we also have sufficient comfortable garden furniture for a rest, a nap or lunch and dinner outside. Of course, there is a gas grill as well which can be used for a BBQ with friends.

Villa "Africa" has an air-conditioned living space of 210 sqm and an automatically operated double garage.

There are three bed rooms for six people, two and a half bathrooms and a very big living area.

In the living area you will find a TV set and a stereo device for your enjoyment.

You will have the impression of generosity and freedom in all rooms due to the big windows and very high ceilings just up to the roof.

Iin the kitchen you will miss just nothing: all household appliances such as dish washer, American fridge with ice cube machine, microwave, oven with ceran top, coffee machine and much more are already there. It is completed by an elegant dish set and lots of accessories.

Adjacent at the entrance you will find “the office corner” with a double writing desk. Available to you for all your office needs is 2 computers, printer and copier/scanner as well as WLAN.

In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there telephone and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.
