This beautiful, is situated on a 10000 sq. ft. plot in a quiet neighbourhood. It was renovated in 2010 and very tasteful new furnished.

The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all the rooms. This villa leaves nothing to be desired, and offers enough living space for eight people.

Terrace & Pool - Area Most of your time will be spent at the beautiful, 1350 sq feet, pool area. Enjoy a relaxing sun bath on one of the four deckchairs, and then take a refreshing swim in the heated 15 x 26 feet pool. There is a table with eight chairs, as well as a gas BBQ grill for your use under the shaded roofed area of the Lanai. Pool toys and a pool fence to parental control are there also.

The living space is 2315 sq. ft. and offers four cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with counter top, a nook and a large living room with a flat screen TV, Blue Ray Disc-player, stereo system, surround sound system iPod connector. Since May 2011 a new Nintendo Wii game console (incl. Two remote controls, two steering wheels, five games) was connected to the TV.

The dining room is spacious, and there is an Billiard room with office area in the home.

To the office was add a 22"LCD monitor in 2011

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, mixer, refrigerator with ice maker, micro wave, ceramic cook top, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster and a kettle. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery. The American counter top kitchen with 4 bar stools borders into the cosy dining room. There is a breakfast area with table and four chairs next to the kitchen with view to lanai and pool area.

Next to the entrance is the billiard room with office area complete with a desk, chair, telephone, answering machine and a printer. High speed internet connection is available for your computer needs free of charge.

The villa has four bedrooms with large closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, chest with mirror, two night stands with lamps and a HD flat screen TV. There is direct access to the terrace/pool area from the master bedroom as well.

The three other bedrooms have a queen sized bed with night table, lamps and drawer chest. A Ceiling fan with lamp exists in each of these bedrooms. One of the three bedrooms also has since 2011 a 32" LCD flat screen TV.

There are two bathrooms with shower or shower/tub, sinks and toilet, and sufficient towels and bed linens provided.

A high chair, free of charge, is available and a cot can be rent on request.

Utility room: A vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is in the home.

Garage: One car garage with remote garage door opener.

Since May 2011, there are two new bicycles (including helmets, locks and pump)
