The west facing holiday home "Villa Pelican Lakeside" lies north of Cape Coral Parkway in a beautiful, romantically overgrown garden. It was built in 1988 and 2005 completely renovated and 2009 newly furnished.

The living space is about 2010 sq ft, divided into living room, kitchen, nook, dining room, three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms.

The central location of the house offers short ways to destinations such as: Airport, FT. Myers, shopping centers, malls, fashion outlets, doctors and restaurants.

You have a fantastic view on the Lake Mohave from the screen enclosed terrace and pool area. There is a 16 x 26 feet pool and Jacuzzi, a table and six chairs, electric grill and a two-seater swing chair. Pool and Jacuzzi are solar heated and also can heated by a waterheater if necessary.

There is in the living room a flat screen TV with about 15 programs and a DVD player as well as a stereo device with CD player. A telephone and free high speed Internet access available for communication. Use the internet access (DSL) with your own PC or notebook via LAN or WLAN. You can send so your holiday-e-mails on the spot.

The kitchen is completely equipped with glasses, cutlery and dishes as well as ceramics cook top, oven, dish washer, fridge with ice-maker, coffee machine and other electrical appliances normally found in a household. Here you will also find a kitchen but for casual snacks or just to visit with the cook. The kitchen has also a window with counter top to the roof covered terrace area.

The dining-room is directly beside the kitchen and living room and offers enough places for up to 6 persons. Next to the kitchen is a cosy breakfast area. Through the large windows you have a wonderful view of the terrace area as well as of the pool and lake.

The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, chest with mirror, two night stands with lamps and a flat screen TV. There is direct access to the terrace/pool area from the master bedroom as well.

There are two bathrooms in the house: the consisting of 3 rooms wing of master bath with Jacuzzi bathtub, greater shower, washbasin with wall to wall mirror, toilet and a hairdryer. A sufficient number of bath towels and bed linen is present in the adjoining dressing room.

In the second bedroom there is also a king size bed, two night tables with light and a mirror chest with flat screen TV. Access to the terrace, overlooking the pool and the lake are also possible.

The second bathroom does have a greater shower, Washbasin with wall to wall mirror, toilet and hairdryer. A sufficient number of bath towels and linen for a change also exist in the adjoining dressing room. But in case you need it - there is also a washing machine plus tumble dryer.

The third bedroom has a queen is size bed, two night tables with lamp and a drawer chest. A ceiling fan with lamp exists in each of the bedrooms. For clothes there are also two installing cabinets.

Outdoor is a large lake terrace with a seat fitting and three sun loungers. Here is providing additional sunbathing to you to enjoy the beautiful sunset of Florida. Or perhaps you want to rather drag a thick fish a shore?
