Nestled within a large tropical garden, it is situated on a canal next to the Four Miles Cove reserve, in a lovely, peaceful residential area. The property is over 1000 sqm in size.

The electrical heated pool, size 13 x 3,6 m and spa are protected by an approximately 150 sqm screen enclosure where a patio table with six chairs, four sunchairs and a gas BBQ grill await you.

Villa Alago also offers a breakfast bar and dining area, an office with a sofa bed, and three cosy bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. The master bathroom has a separate bath and shower, the other two bathrooms have showers.

You will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities in a separate laundry, and there is a garage with room for two cars.

For the small guests, there is a baby bed and a high chair available.

The house is fully air-conditioned and completely furnished.
