Owner requests a 3 month minimum during season (January thru March). Rent (3 month minumum) during peak-season:$3,100/month. Rent rest of year, or off-season (1 month minumum): $2,600/month. Additional 6% sales tax plus 5% tourist tax must be paid by renter and is not included in above rates. Cleaning fee and Security Deposit required. Absolutely no pets and no smoking are allowed.
