This comfortable and fully air-conditioned vacation villa with pool and 2960 m² of living space is located close to the Caloosahatchee River.

The garden comprises subtropical plants.

The electrically heated pool is quite large (5 mx 11 m). It has jet streams and illumination. The pool terrace is covered with a screen.

Another special feature of this villa is the pool filtration system: the pool water is not chlorinated but contains special salts. This is not only healthier, but gives a better feeling during and after swimming.

The 'Villa Ocean' boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a direct access to the pool. There is also a mooring behind the house with an electrical boat lift. Within only 3 minutes you reach the river with the on-site boat 'Bayliner 225 Bowrider', which you can use for free.
