The villa "Palm Island" - an architectural highlight with abundant space - lies in one of the best areas of Cape Coral.

It was totally renovated and new furnished in 2010. It lies on a 10.000 sq feet Off Water property with many plants around it.

The architecture is of American elegancy with high ceilings. Nearby are several famous golf courses.

Cape Harbour is remotely five minutes drive.

The pool area is about 1614 sq feet big and consists of a roofed terrace sheltered by a screen and a electrical heated pool of 20 x 26 feet with DIANA SPA. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill at your disposal as well as four deck chairs and a terrace table with 6 chairs.

To refresh you can a swim in the pool, which also has a swimming pool fence to parental controls. Electric pool heating allows to set the water temperature to the desired number of degrees.

A special feature is that the pool water is salted, not chlorinated. Without the odor of chlorine, this is a much healthier & more pleasant experience. Your swim will feel totally delicious!

THE LIVING ROOM

In the living room there is next to a leather lounge suite a 50 ' flat screen TV with about 100 cable channels also a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii console as well as a stereo device with CD player, iPod Station and telephone available. There is also wireless Internet access for your laptop present.

THE BILLIARD ROOM Another highlight for sure is the view to Palm trees, terrace and pool when entering the house with its generous entrance including billiard table. Here is also a bar and a sitting area with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is quite big and completely equipped with all possible appliances you might think of. Centre of attention will however be the dining room with view to terrace, pool and the luxury kitchen with granite counter tops.

The villa has four bedrooms with following wardrobes. The Mattresses are high quality and particularly back friendly.

The Master Suite has a bathroom with double sink, big Jacuzzi bathtub as well as a big shower. The Master bedroom - with king size bed, flat screen TV DVD player, iPod station, a clock/radio and beautiful decoration - has direct access to the terrace and pool as well. Further you find a large separate dressing room with everything for ironing.

THE SECOND BEDROOM This carpeting designed bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, also with the quality pillows & bed-linens. There are a bed-side table with lamp, an flat screen TV on a side table, a clock/radio and a large built-in closet.

THE THIRD BEDROOM This bright bedroom also leads directly thru the bathroom onto the pool terrace. There are a two single beds, a side table with lamps, an ample built-in closet and an oriel window.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM This bedroom has a carpet and is equipped with two twin beds, side table with lamp and an ample built-in closet. In addition to central air-conditioning throughout, every living or sleeping area also has its own ceiling fan (including the outside terrace).

For these three bedrooms there are two more bathrooms with shower or shower bath, washbasin, mirror and toilet. You will find a hairdryer into two bathrooms. Enough towels and bath towels and bed linen as well are in each bath / and bedroom available.

There is a washing machine in the utility room as well as a tumble dryer .

At the entrance there is a small terrace, here you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Florida.

The garage offers space for a car.
