The villa renovation was from May to July 2010. It is situated on a corner plot along two canals, offering access to the Gulf of Mexico, with palm trees and tropical plants on about 1.200 sqm, and a wonderful view to the canal.

The grounds are watered automatically. The combined solar/electrical heated pool has an own waterfall and the terrace - protected bya screen - offers space for up to 6 people.

You will also find sun chairs and a gas grill.

The villa has its own landing stage for boats. We can arrange for a boat if you want.
