Villa Starfish Lake with about 180 sqm air-conditioned living space and a terrace and pool area of 100 sqm was massively built. After the owner changed in 2009 the villa was renovated and very tastefully equipped with new furniture.

The villa really leaves nothing to be desired and it offers enough space for up to six persons.

It lies next to the same named lake in a south-western aspect.

The plot of 1200 sqm is beautifully planted and automatically watered.

The covered terrace can be reached from nearly all rooms. There is a big table with sufficient seats as well as four sun chairs at your disposal. The 7,30 x 3,60 m pool offers enough space to swim for a refreshment. The electric water-heating system ensures just the right temperature. A Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor cooking.

The seating arrangement in the Living Room could not be more comfortable, with two leather sofas and chaise lounge chair, accommodating 6 persons. This great room is tastefully furnished in a modern style.

In the Entertainment Center there is a 50 inch flat screen TV, combined with a Dolby Surround Sound Home Theatre System with DVD/CD player and a I-pod docking station.

In the kitchen with counter you will find all kinds of thing you might need incl. dish washer, coffeemaker, mixer, fridge with ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, enough cutlery, glasses dishes etc.

The kitchen area is conveniently situated next to the indoor dining table, with seating for six as well as to the breakfast corner with seating for four and a few steps away from the pool terrace.

In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home there is also present a Computer with free of charge high speed web connection as well as a Air Hockey table game, tablefoodball, elec. dartgame, electronic Power Stepper, Infrared Sauna, 2 bicycles and a canoe

The villa has a total of three bedrooms:

In the Master Bedroom there is a king-sized bed with pillows & bed-linens for your sleeping comfort as well as a walk-in closet. There are also sliders which open directly out onto the Pool Terrace. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and also a shower, two washstands with an mirror and a separate toilet and hair dryer as well.

The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed each.

There are also bed-side tables, lamps and a ceiling fan with lights in each bedroom as well as built-in closet.

All bedroom floors are covered with Laminate; there is no carpet in the whole house.

For these bedrooms there is a bathroom as well with shower, sink and toilet as well as a hair dryer. In all bathrooms you will find enough hand and beach towels. All bedrooms have sufficient bed linen for a change.

Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as vacuum cleaner are also available.

The Lake location offers you the possibility of enjoying sunbathing or the fantastic sunset or perhaps you want to pull a big fish ashore?

With the canoe you can enjoy fishing on the lake and on the connecting canals.

If you want to make a tour to the isles offshore of Cape Coral in the Gulf of Mexico, there is a special boat ramp for canoes just a few minutes away.
