This beautiful, central heat- and air-conditioned, home'Villa Bamboo' was renovated and completely new furnished in December 2010. It sits on an approx. 10,000 sq feet plot alongside the salt water canal with access to the Gulf.

The house itself is situated west on the property in a quiet area in Cape Coral.

The western part of the plot where the terrace is leads directly towards to canals which is why there is really a lot of water around that creates a very special atmosphere on the sunny pool terrace.

The Villa consists of approx. 1700 sq ft. living space plus covered terrace and a large screened in pool area of 1500 sq ft with 15 x 30 feet, by a electrical heat pump heated, skin-friendly salt water pool.

The terrace is furnished with a table, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and a gas BBQ Grill.

The owner definitely enjoyed furnishing his house as he has done this in a very careful and loving manner. 6 people can easily live here as there are three bedrooms.
