The villa is large enough to comfortably suit between two and eight people.
The exclusive 2815 sq ft living area is divided into living room family room, dining room, as well as a large kitchen including ample countertop space with bar top.
The villa has four beautifully decorated bedrooms, and two bathrooms plus pool bath.
The lush living area, with two large leather lounge chairs, ottomans, a full size sofa and cocktail table, this is just the perfect place to entertain, watch TV or read a good book.

The dining area is next to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen area offers all modern household appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-machine and a two door refrigerator with ice-maker. The kitchen sink also has a filtered water tap.
Glasses, dishes and cutlery are here in a sufficient quantity. And of course, there are all these helpful little things like can and bottle opener.
The kitchen bar with bar-stools and granite counter top offers enough space for a snack in the afternoon or a cup of coffee whenever you feel like it.
The 4 bedrooms:
In the Master Bedroom there is a king-sized bed with pillows & bed-linens for your sleeping comfort and a TV on the dresser with nine drawers below as well as a walk-in closet. There are too private doors which open directly out onto the beautiful Pool Terrace.
The master bathroom located directly within the suite features: large walk-in shower, Jacuzzi bath tub, his and her sinks and separate toilet.
The three additional bedrooms are nicely furnished, each one having its own theme.
The second bedroom offers with high ceiling and very nice decor a queen-size bed, two night stands, a dresser with television and direct access to the pool too.
The third and fourth bedroom offers each a queen-size bed, two night stands, a dresser with television and built-in wardrobes. Attached on the each ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamps on the two side-tables.
The additional bathroom is equipped with sink and toilet as well as shower/ bath tub.
There are sufficient hand and beach towels for you to use. In the utility room is a washing machine and dryer. Irons and ironing board are likewise available.
Furthermore there is pool bath.
This is a not from inside accessible toilet room with sink which has even a shower in this villa.
The seawall platform deck allows you to fish or enjoy a sunbath or the fantastic Florida sunsets.
